Donation of perishable food items
If you are interested in donating food items that are frozen or need refrigeration, please call us at 937-239-8859 for specific guidelines on what we can accept. While we certainly appreciate donations, we have to ensure food safety for our guests.
We welcome involvement by students, school groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and other youth organizations. From collecting items on our wish list to holding a bake or art sale to raise funds for our mission, we are supported by youth in a variety of ways.
We have opportunities available for Eagle Scout, Silver Awards, and community service hours. Aprons can be sewn, ovens can be cleaned, and walls can be painted. Outside, flowers can be planted, and the vegetable garden offers hours of opportunity!
